There are no requirements for organizations - everyone is welcome to participate! Businesses, governments and not-for-profit organizations are invited to share their learning initiatives with their employees and the public.

What are the benefits of having a Learn @ Work Week event?
Celebrating L@WW raises awareness of the impact of workplace learning. As your professional association, CSTD is here to serve members and the T&D industry. L@WW calls attention to the importance of the T&D profession and gives members a chance to showcase the training and development department of a company, providing colleagues with an opportunity to be involved in professional development.
