Get Your Program Recognized

Are you a post-secondary institution, college or university hoping to have your program of study recognized by CSTD?  If it addresses one or more of the competencies outlined in Competencies for Training and Development Professionals©, we can work with you to officially recognize your program. Completing a Recognized Program can give your students a competitive edge when preparing for their CTP or CTDP certifications.

Follow the steps below to have your Adult Learning program recognized.
Using the Competencies document and the Program Evaluation Matrix, self-assess the extent to which your courses address the competencies. (Pour la version française, cliquez ici.)
Complete the following:
  1. Check off the contributing competencies that are covered for each course/program.
  2. Attach your course descriptions.
  3. Mail complete forms to the CSTD Head Office to the attention of the Certification Department.
Once your forms have been reviewed and approved you will receive a statement to promote the program status.
